At The Cookie Craftor, we stand behind every product we make with a Lifetime Product Guarantee. If your item breaks during normal use, we’ll replace it so you can keep enjoying it with confidence. Our goal is to provide durable, high-quality pieces you can rely on for years to come.
Conditions
This guarantee applies to the original purchaser and covers breakage under normal wear and tear and typical use. It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper care, or modifications. To process a replacement, we ask that you provide a clear photo showing how the item broke so we can verify the issue and continue improving our products.
Shipping
A flat $4.95 shipping fee applies to all approved replacement orders. This guarantee covers replacement of the item only and does not include refunds. Limit one replacement per item. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet these conditions.
Eligibility
Our Lifetime Product Guarantee is exclusive to purchases made directly through our website. Orders placed through Etsy or eBay follow the policies of those platforms.
Filing a Claim
To begin a claim, please email us at info@thecookiecraftor.com and submit the following:
- Proof of purchase (can be an image of the transaction)
- Description of damage/break (so we can improve and find flaws)
- Photo of damage/malfunction
- Address for replacement product
After receipt, we will send a link for the $4.95 shipping fee within 48 hours. We will upload new tracking information for the replacement within 24 business hours.
