Shipping Costs

We offer flat rate shipping of $4.95 for all orders under $19.99 (before taxes). Orders that are greater than $19.99 will receive free USPS Ground Advantage shipping (tracking included).

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers within 2-5 business days.

 

Tracking Shipment

Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number within 24 business hours. Tracking updates will be sent either by email or text message based on the contact information provided at checkout. Please double-check your contact details to ensure you receive your tracking notifications promptly. If you have not received your tracking number within 24 business hours, you may use the "Chat" feature's automated system to find your tracking number or speak with one of us and we will assist you.

 

Order Fulfillment

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or peak seasons, but we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Smaller orders (less than 50 items) are typically sent out within 24 business hours; larger orders (50-200 items) generally take 2 business days to fulfill. Bulk orders (200+ products) may take up to 3 business days depending on the season and products requested (generally speaking, the smaller the items are, the quicker they can be created - keychains are often our fastest products to create).
