Q: What makes these fidgets eco-friendly?

A: Our fidgets are crafted from biodegradable, plant-based PLA plastic. This sustainable material uses less energy to produce and emits fewer greenhouse gases compared to traditional plastics. Plus, all packaging, including organza bags and mailers, is recyclable or reusable.

 

Q: What sizes are available?

A: Sizes vary depending on the design. Our fidget and gyro spinners come in 1.5", 2", and 2.5" variations, while our articulated dragons are available in 10" and 15" lengths. Each size is designed for easy handling, portability, and maximum sensory use.

 

Q: Are fidgets safe for kids?

A: Yes! Our fidgets are non-toxic, durable, and safe for everyday use. However, due to small parts, they are not recommended for children under the age of 3.

 

Q: How do the fidgets help with focus and stress relief?

A: Fidgets provide soothing, repetitive motion that can help reduce anxiety, promote calm, and improve focus. They are especially popular with individuals managing ADHD, autism, or general stress, and they work equally well in classrooms, therapy sessions, and offices. While research shows that fidgets can be beneficial in the classroom, they do not replace the benefit of external resources, such as school-based occupational therapists. Also, setting ground rules for implementing fidgets in your classroom is very important.

 

Q: Can I customize the color of my fidget?

A: Absolutely! We offer 30 unique color options, so you can pick the perfect look for your classroom, office, or personal style. Bulk orders can also be customized with a mix of colors.

 

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

A: By default, fidget and gyro spinner orders come in one reusable organza bag. Dragon fidgets are packaged and wrapped individually for protection. If you’d like individual wrapping or extra organza bags for fidget and gyro spinners, you can request this in the special order notes at checkout (we’ll provide up to 1 additional organza bag per fidget purchased).

 

Example: Lisa purchases 12 fidget/gyro spinners for her classroom prizes - by default, these fidgets will arrive in one larger organza bag containing all 12 fidgets. If Lisa would like each fidget to be in a separate organza bag, she can write in "one bag per fidget, please" in the Special Order Instructions box at checkout. Now, 1) each fidget will be placed in its own organza bag, 2) all 12 wrapped fidgets are placed in a larger organza bag, and 3) the larger organza bag is wrapped for protection.

 

Q: How long until my fidgets ship?

A: Most orders ship within 24 business hours. For larger bulk orders, please allow up to 3 business days. If you have a specific timeframe that you need the fidgets to arrive by, we recommend using the Chat feature on the lower right corner of the screen to ask before placing the order. We use USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business day delivery) for shipping and are located on the East Coast (Florida) of the U.S., so orders that are along the East Coast will generally arrive closer to the 2 day mark, while West Coast orders should expect to be closer to the 5 day mark.

 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Because each fidget is handmade and unique, we do not accept goodwill returns or exchanges. We do have a policy for damaged and defective items in our refund policy. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, please reach out — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

 

Q: Can I request a custom fidget design?

A: We don’t currently have a formal custom option, but if you’d like to share an idea or photo, we’re happy to review it. As long as the design is non-offensive, we’ll see what we can create for you!

 

Q: Are these fidgets noisy?

A: Not at all! Our spinners and articulated toys are designed to be smooth and quiet, making them perfect for classrooms, offices, or anywhere a silent focus tool is needed.
