Q: What makes these keychains eco-friendly?

A: Our keychains are made from plant-based PLA plastic, created from renewable sources like corn, tapioca, and sugarcane. This material is compostable, recyclable (at participating centers), and produces fewer greenhouse gases than traditional plastics.

Q: What are the dimensions of the keychains?

A: Most keychains are 4.6mm thick and weigh between 4-10 grams each—lightweight yet durable for everyday use. Our keychains will range between 1.75" and 2.5" on height and width, depending on the features and details of the keychain (more intricate designs generally require a larger charm for visibility).

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: By default, keychain orders come in one reusable organza bag (larger orders may come in multiple bags). If you’d like individual wrapping or extra bags, you may request this using the Special Order Instructions box at checkout (up to 1 organza bag per keychain, colors will vary).

Q: Can I order keychains in bulk?

A: Yes! Our keychains are perfect for classrooms, party favors, giveaways, and events. Bulk orders are welcome, and we’re happy to include extra organza bags for easy distribution upon request.

Q: Do you make seasonal or holiday keychains?

A: Absolutely! We regularly design keychains for holidays, special occasions, and seasonal events. Keep an eye on our shop for new designs year-round.

Q: How long until my keychain(s) ship?

A: Most orders ship within 24 business hours. Larger or bulk orders may take up to 3 business days. If you would like to have a more precise timeframe, you may use the Chat feature on the lower right corner - we recommend doing this for last minute gifts or if the product(s) need to arrive by a certain date.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a 20% restocking fee applies. Please see our Refund Policy for details. Damaged or defective items are always replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
